Leading automakers displayed their newest electric models at the Montreal International Auto Show this year, highlighting the industry's significant shift towards a greener and more sustainable future. Three levels of the Palais des congrès de Montréal hosted the auto show in late January, which was a significant increase in size over the previous year's affair. Another difference from previous years is that the majority of the major automakers' booth space on the main show floor is now occupied by 2024 electric vehicle models. Ford made sure that its electric vehicle lineup, which includes the F-150 Lightning, Mustang Mach-E, and E-transit van, was present at this year's event after missing all Canadian auto shows in 2023.
Additionally, the US carmaker offered attendees the opportunity to experience driving one of its electric cars in a "Ford Electrification Zone.
